Locked Up

If the officer looked close enough, he would see my heart beating through my chest. I tried to control my breath, to get air through the lungs so that I could calm down. But it wasn’t working. It didn’t help my nerves that the officers put me in this grey, sterile room over an hour

How I Use AI to Improve The SEO of My Last Post

I will be honest: I use AI to improve the SEO of my last blog post and revise an older piece. It wasn’t that I couldn’t think of what to write, nor did I use it to write significant sections of my content, but it was more of an experiment. While I’ve been at this

The Best Parts of Being A Stay At Home Dad

I’ve been making social media posts of frustration about my current position as a stay-at-home parent more than any other type of post lately. I tend to post things that stress me out or about negative attitudes that stress me out, although I throw in the occasional cute picture of the kids doing something adorable.

A set of five different pajamas my son wore exclusively during spring break

Threeanger Attitude and Spring Break Adventures

Spring Break used to mean a time to get away from everything. As a former teacher, I needed this week off to unwind from the stresses of a long tennis season, always being behind, and dealing with students. I’d travel during this week. My favorite travel was anywhere all-inclusive with a beach, although I also
