I didn’t know that Pixar was publishing these shorts until this morning. Like usual, it seems like Pixar is king even in short form. 

Check out Smash and Grab, a story about two robots that try to escape their everyday lives.

From a story perspective l, I love what this film does with no dialogue. The two characters are filled with life even though they are robots.

From a story perspective I especially like the fact that this story gives the characters what they want, but it is completely different than they thought. Once the characters escape from their shackles, you’d think they’d be free but of course not. I really loved the camera flipping upside down to show that they are heading into uncharted territory.
