Jason Snell over at Six Colors and Macworld has a great article about his top 5 iOS features he wants to see in iOS 13.

He makes great points, and while they might not be my top 5 features, they are some good ones.

Regarding the Files App

File handling on iOS is too inconsistent. You can save and open files in various places on iCloud drive or even on your local device, but the rules about when you can save files and where you can save them aren’t clear.

I know many people would love to be able to attach a USB-C hard drive to their iPad, but I personally don’t run into that need.

I would like for Apple to work on the audio. Right now, there’s no great way to record audio for thinks like Podcast on iOS. More than that, I would really like to be able to share the audio with two pairs of headphones instead of one. It would make watching movies on my iPad with my wife much better.

The article is definitely worth the read if you like iOS.

Tweet me what you’d like to see on iOS 13 this year!
