Today’s tip is one of those tips that can help speed up not only your process, but also you phone. Maybe people don’t even know that Safari has Tabs, but all those tabs can slow down Safari. Here are some tips and tricks for dealing with Safari on iPhone.

Safari Basics

Currently on iOS, when you press on a link from mail or any app that doesn’t have it’s own browser, Safari will launch and open a new tab or window. It’s a smart way for it to do that, because it won’t lose the tab you were working in.

However, this can build up over time. If you have tons of tabs open, it can slow down your experience.

Looking at Safari, you’ll notice the address bar at the top and the 5 buttons at the bottom: Back, Forward, Share, Bookmarks, and Tabs. If you press the tab button, you can see all your currently open tabs.
